We are looking for an experienced Agile Developer to join their rapidly growing team! Modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. The Microservices Developer will be responsible for:

  • Writing java spring boot based micro service applications utilizing AWS native technologies
  • Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3
  • Building Rest services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects
  • Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and Git Ops
  • Agile development and delivery software
  • Communication and collaboration:
    • Software Development is a team-oriented discipline
    • Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as stakeholders
Qualifications
  • An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required (Poly within the last 5 years)
  • BS + 12 yrs experience
  • Experience working with AWS tool suite such as OSS<
    Dynamo

    DB, Lambdas, and Cloud Watch
Required Skills (3 of the below)
  • Java, Spring boot or python
  • Microservice architectures
  • CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab & Git Ops:
    Kubernetes, docker, Ansible
  • Dstabase:
    No

    SQL / Mongo

    DB / Dynamo

    DB Query and Schema Design
  • OAuth/OIDC Implementation experience
  • Test frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber

The projected compensation range for this position is $175K - $250K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, weinvest in our employees beyond just compensation.
