This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Ever Watch, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems in enterprise environments

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing software solutions using object-oriented programming principles

• Experience analyzing user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements

• Experience debugging, testing, and resolving software defects

• Experience developing and integrating software components within distributed systems or database environments

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and software design principles
• Ability to develop algorithms that meet defined system performance and functional requirements
• Ability to prepare and maintain software and system documentation

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 7+ years of software engineer experience or a HS Diploma or GED and 11+ years of software engineer experience

Nice If You Have:

• Experience developing front-end applications using React
  
  JS and Java Script

• Experience developing backend services using Java, Spring Boot, or NodeJS

• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs

• Experience deploying applications using containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman

• Experience supporting applications within AWS cloud infrastructure environments

• Experience working with Mongo
  
  DB or Elasticsearch databases

• Experience using build automation tools such as Gradle
• Knowledge of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) architecture principles
• Possession of strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation at Ever Watch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $72.12 to $84.14 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of Ever Watch’s total compensation package for employees.
