Who We Want on Our TeamChesapeake Electric seeks ROCK STAR Electrical Service Technicianswith unlimited earning potential.
Service Technicians serve as the company's frontline ambassadors, bringing their specializedexpertiseand knowledge toserving our customers. The ideal candidate should be able to independentlyoperatetheir own service vehicle within
30 days. This includesproficiencyin residential, troubleshooting, estimating, material procurement, sales, customer experience and strong electrical knowledge.
- Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls.
- Establish customer trust and rapport toprovidethe best optionsregardingthe right products and services.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick,accurate repairs and installations.

- Sales and estimating experience with a hungerto control your earning potential.
- At least3+ years ofprogressiveexperience and at least 1 year inresidentialelectrical
- Experience leading your own jobs or service calls.
- Journeyman License is preferred andrequiredfor sign-on bonus qualifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to successfully pass a drug screening and backgroundcheck.
- A valid driver’slicense andmust be insurable.
The pay range for this role as of March 2026 is $75,000-$125,000 This range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations.
