DAY IN THE LIFE

You can expect an average day to include:

• Waking early to seize the day
• Presenting yourself professionally
• Filling your truck with necessary supplies from our fully stocked warehouse
• Using your company-provided iPad and iPhone to view opportunities
• Arriving on time at customer homes and providing exceptional service
• Receiving real-time coaching/support
• Having parts/material delivered to you
• Recording notes for the next technician
• Collecting payment from the customer
• Heading home after a productive day

WHAT WE DO:

All residential HVAC services, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geothermal systems, IAQ, installation, maintenance, and service. Customer service is about offering options and empowering customers.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems with clients' HVAC systems
• Recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job
• Keep the company vehicle clean inside and out
