This is a full-time, on-site role located in Annapolis, MD, for a Mechanic at Cedar Lane LLC. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on various heavy equipment and vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing necessary repairs to ensure operational efficiency. The Mechanic will work as part of a team to maintain the safety, functionality, and reliability of all company machinery and equipment.

• Strong skills in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair procedures
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing Heavy Equipment
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical Troubleshooting
• Ability to work on-site and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in equipment maintenance
• Relevant technical certifications and experience are a plus
