• Stationary Building Technician I, II, or III (Top Secret Clearance - Required)

• Annapolis, MD

• Active TS/SCI Full Scope Poly Clearance required at time of hire
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HVAC
• Clean background and driving history
• State Certified Journeyman’s License or equivalent required
• Someone who is seeking a stationary position
• Well-rounded - experienced in building maintenance
• Excellent troubleshooting and repairing abilities

• Ability to successfully maintain a building
Install, wire, service, perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting all types of commercial building systems; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life safety systems and equipment
• Strong knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems and its functions and building VAV systems
• Ability to interpret drawings, read trade related plumbing, mechanical and electrical and internal writing schematics
• Ensure all safety codes are met
• Knowledge of energy management systems
