As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Shift: Wednesday-Thursday 6:00AM-6:00PM Friday 6:00AM-1:00PM
• Competitive hourly wage starting at $20.50 / HR (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)
• Have to be able to travel to our corporate office for interviews/onboarding

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Must be able to stand and walk the whole shift!
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Computer skill (outlook, visitor management, and access control)

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• You have 2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience!
• You have a state license if required
• You have CPR/First Aid
• You have computer literacy and phone skills
• Must have access control and customer service experience
• Computer skill (outlook, visitor management and access control)
• Access control and customer service experience.
• You are at least 21 years of age due to contractual agreements
• You have an active MD guard card
• Need to be available for site training during the week if hired
