* Conducting advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information

* Maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis

* Developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets

* Identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps

* Employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints

* Applying knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies Requirements
* 7 years' applicable experience with a PhD, 0r 9 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, or 11 years' applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10 years' applicable experience with a master's degree, or 15 years' applicable experience without a degree

* Demonstrate the ability to leverage the AMOD tool suite at a highly proficient level to include XKS and DX

* Strong ability to leverage and work with CNO and HCSO

* Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis of metadata and produce intelligence through the addition, updating, or analysis of information in appropriate mission databases

* Must demonstrate strong knowledge of customer collection techniques and compliance with customer targeting policies and US Federal law

* Must demonstrate strong knowledge of SIGINT production cycle and execution of its different phases Preferred
* Must have completed basic customer target development training or equivalent
