As a Security Professional - Aero Patrol in Annapolis, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. You will contribute to a positive environment by upholding our values of agility, reliability, and innovation, always acting with integrity and working collaboratively with your team.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the aerospace and defense location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as situations arise.
Minimum Requirements
- Maryland Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
