• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities for customer issues
• Proficient in handling phone inquiries and managing orders
• Strong skills in resolving product-related concerns, including design, returns, repairs, and warranties
• Ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Expertise in guiding customers through product selection and purchase decisions using design knowledge
• Familiarity with all product offerings and adept at using order entry systems for precise order placements
• Competency in following up on sales to ensure order accuracy and product availability
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Preferred experience in plumbing or sales (1 year)

• Proven experience in home design, architectural design, or construction
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Adaptable to fast-paced work environments
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual
