Mavenspire IT Client Success Managers are obsessed with communication - they want to call, email, post, and even invent new methods of communicating with existing clients to build relationships and rapport while managing and growing business with them. They demonstrate a business centric mind, where they treat their accounts as their franchise for success. These Mavens are responsible for communicating Mavenspire's story, for developing and managing relationships based on integrity and value, and for positioning our services and offerings.

  • Nurturing and expanding client relationships

  • Work with a team and tools to ensure efforts are always focused and strategic

Requirements Required Skills and Attributes:
  • At least 4 years of sales or client management experience
  • 1+ years of service sales experience in technology and/or cybersecurity industry
  • High level of comfort with email, web, and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions
  • Love of communicating, with clients and colleagues, and high empathy
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to understand and explore new technologies, to grow skills and understanding on an ongoing basis
  • Attention to process and detail
  • Creative problem solving with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of sales and technical situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
  • Able to produce in a virtual office environment
  • Competency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
    Visio is an advantage as well
