The Part-Time Sales Supervisor role is an on-site position based in Annapolis, MD. This important team member will assist in driving the store's operational excellence, supporting sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing daily store activities, providing on-floor sales support, training team members, and ensuring an elevated and welcoming shopping environment. As a Sales Supervisor, you will provide mentorship and foster a collaborative team culture to achieve sales goals effectively.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a premium shopping experience for clients.
- Proven Team Management and Training abilities, with experience in mentoring, guiding, and developing store associates.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance and drive business improvements.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and passion for fashion are highly beneficial.
- Experience in a retail or luxury brand environment is a plus.
