Part-Time Sales Teammate

The Sales Teammate position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by Store Management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities).

$15
–$17 per hour. Pay is based on factors such as skill, experience, location, and qualifications. For sales positions, the amount includes a base rate plus commission.

Vacation is earned on a progressive schedule based on your role and years of service, starting at 80 or 120 hours, depending on employment status, and prorated for the first partial year. Teammates earn 40 hours of sick time per year, prorated for the first partial year; up to 40 hours may be carried over.
