Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support operations in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
. This role will ensure quality compliance by reviewing documents, leading inspections, and coordinating with stakeholders for successful project delivery.
- Review contract and design documents for compliance and constructability.
- Lead 3-Phase QC process and develop installation checklists.
- Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and report quality data.
- Coordinate with GC/Owner and resolve quality issues.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction, estimation, or quality control.
- Journeyman License required or ability to obtain.
- Proficient in interpreting contracts, drawings, BIM models, NEC codes, and industry standards.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and computer proficiency.
- Associate’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent quality-related experience.
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 based on years of experience.
