Basic Qualifications

• Lots of experience with Jira management and ticketing
• TES/SCI w/ Poly (TS/SCI w/ Poly)
• 14 years of experience as an SE in programs of similar scope
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or can substitute 5 additional years of experience for the BS
• Mad Storm exposure
• Experience with GM analytics would be helpful
• Very strong communication skills (verbal, written, and PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and timeline management
• Proactive issue management skills to drive early involvement in issues and obstacles

The Work

This Systems Engineering role fosters collaboration with other engineers to document, define, and validate high level design/architecture drawings, communicate with end users, map requirements, develop flowcharts and diagrams to assist the development team in supporting cloud based analytics.

• Working with developers to craft high level design/architecture drawings to communicate with end user customers as well as experience in mapping requirements to test cases.
• Develop flow charts, functional diagrams and defining use cases
• Working with customers to derive requirements and translating them to actionable tasks for the development team
• Agile development framework and tools like JIRA for management of tasks
• Performing systems engineering verification and validation for a development team
• SE experience with requirements, sprint planning, analytic deployment process, working closely with customers, facilitating meetings, overall supporting the developers on the team
