This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to engage with dynamic teams across multiple locations.

As our District Manager, you ll be the champion of Nealey Tire & Auto's core values. Managing 5 locations in Annapolis and one in Rockville, MD, you will lead by example, ensuring every store operates at peak performance. You ll travel regularly to each location, meeting with managers and staff, offering guidance, and driving excellence. Through coaching, mentoring, and teaching, you ll empower five managers to hit their goals, exceed metrics, and deliver exceptional automotive service.

Your leadership will be the engine that propels our team to success!

• 5+ years of experience as a District Manager or Area Manager in the automotive or similar retail industry
• Experience effectively managing, training, and coaching managers and staff
• Experience increasing revenue and efficiency
• Experience improving processes and process adherence
• A self-starter who is productive and can work independently
• Leadership mentality and growth mindset
