Tide Dry Cleaners, a leader in the dry cleaning industry, is committed to providing exceptional service and quality to our customers. We are looking for a District Manager to oversee multiple locations, ensuring our standards of excellence are maintained while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability.
Job SummaryThe District Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of assigned Tide Dry Cleaners locations within a designated district. This role requires strategic leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the dry cleaning business. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, staff development, and operational success.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of multiple Tide Dry Cleaners locations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and team members, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and profitability across all locations.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide support, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Manage and control budgets, expenses, and staffing levels to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all locations and address any customer concerns or escalations.
- Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams to promote brand initiatives and drive customer engagement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in retail or service industries, preferably in dry cleaning or laundry services.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and drive performance improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with point-of-sale systems.
