A well-established Maryland litigation firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join its growing domestic relations practice in Annapolis. This role is ideal for an attorney who wants meaningful courtroom work, direct client interaction, and the chance to build a strong reputation in family law litigation rather than remaining behind the scenes.

- Represent clients in separation and divorce litigation
- Handle custody and visitation disputes
- Manage child support and spousal support matters
- Address marital property division and financial disputes
- Obtain and litigate protective orders
- Conduct discovery, draft pleadings, and prepare motions
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation
- Advocate for clients in District Court hearings and trials
- Maintain direct client communication and case strategy oversight
- Collaborate with partners on litigation planning and trial preparation

QualificationsRequired
- 1–5 years of experience as a Family Law Attorney or litigation associate
- Active Maryland Bar required
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple active cases effectively
