In-House Attorney – Epic

. This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You'll negotiate multi-million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide. You’ll also have the opportunity to own challenging projects like forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and managing litigation.
Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry.
- Negotiate and draft multi-million dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
- Ensure compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
- Manage litigation and represent the company in legal disputes.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
- Motivated to learn about intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
- Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI; relocation will be fully reimbursed.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
