System Administrator - Level 2

Stratum Networks is a rapidly growing information assurance and cybersecurity solutions company that provides high‑end network and security consulting to Department of Defense and Intelligence Community clients. We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate who would support one of our clients located in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.

Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI with polygraph to be considered for the position.

Ability to hire for this position is pending award of the contract to KBX.

• Exposure to and experience with SharePoint Server required. Back‑end SharePoint experience highly preferred over front‑end/design experience.
• Strong previous experience with Windows Server 2016 and greater, including standard server maintenance, OS patching, and migration.
• Demonstrate customer service skills and be able to assist users through a variety of remote support capabilities (ticketing, phone, email, etc.).
• Experience with scripting (Powershell) and automation techniques.

• IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) experience desired.
• .NET, C#, Rest API/jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Optimal IdM, user liaison experience, and writing documentation a strong plus.
• Experience with SharePoint associated products (Designer, Visio, Info Path, Visual Studio, Power Shell) desired.
• Pro‑active and self‑motivated team member.
• Ability to follow instructions and excellent communicator.

Salary: $104k - $195k depending on experience and contract. Excellent benefits package, including up to 3 weeks paid vacation and 11 paid holidays; eligible for health care (single and family) immediately. 401(k) plan with employer match available.

Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Certifications:

Compliance with DoD 8570.01‑M with a minimum certification of IAT Level I (CCNA Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
