Position: Project Coordinator Level 0 with Security Clearance
Description:

The ideal candidate will provide essential support to program management teams by coordinating personnel, resources, and activities across large-scale government or intelligence-related programs. This role blends technical awareness, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with SIGINT operations to ensure the effective execution of program objectives and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the planning, organization, direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel assigned to task orders and integrated product teams.
* Assist in the development of management plans, as well as the preparation of cost, schedule, and performance reports.
* Coordinate project activities, including work package development, work breakdown structure (WBS) management, and other related program functions.
* Manage logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities critical to program execution.

Qualifications:

* Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline with a minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting large-scale programs exceeding $1M annually. Candidates without an associate's degree may be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional relevant experience.
* At least one (1) year of experience supporting the Intelligence Community or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) programs.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate program requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and schedules.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support program operations. Requirements:
