The Role We are seeking a motivated Senior Systems Engineer to support an exciting Target Discovery & Tradecraft mission. In this role, you will work closely with mission stakeholders to capture requirements, assist with structured planning, and synthesize use cases. You will be responsible for translating complex requirements into actionable roadmaps and facilitating new data streams to support intelligence analysis and discovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Mission Focus:
Collaborate with technical leadership across directorates to define and scope analytic tradecraft requirements. Project Strategy:
Help define and document goals, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of analytic capabilities. Performance Monitoring:
Support leads with quarterly project reviews and ongoing performance tracking. Data Integration:
Work across mission organizations to identify, prioritize, model, ingest, and operationalize new data sources. What You'll Bring

Experience:

A minimum of 9 years of relevant systems engineering experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent additional experience). Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and other project management constructs. Desirable

Skills:

Prior knowledge of customer dataflows and data sources is highly preferred. Clearance Requirements TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs.
