SME Radio Frequency Engineer – Mid Level

As a SME Radio Frequency Engineer – Mid Level at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), you will be required to:

• Perform RF assembly of components, subassemblies, and test fixtures using coax and waveguide connections, and precision mechanical integration.
• Assist in the testing, tuning, and validation of RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
• Conduct measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
• Support senior engineers in the design and prototyping of RF systems.
• Prepare documentation, including test results, assembly procedures, and calibration data.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of RF performance issues.
• Maintain lab organization, safety, and equipment calibration records.

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

• Three (3) years of experience as an RF Assembler in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration/Networking, Electronics, or related discipline from an accredited college.
• Three (3) years of additional RF Assembler experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree.

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Experience conducting measurements using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
• Experience with the testing, tuning, and validation of RF circuits, amplifiers, filters, and antennas.
