- Comfortable integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP

* Enhancing and modifying Service Now workflows, logic, and forms - Developing and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, and ACLs
- Integrating APIs to improve system functionality and automation
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
- Collaborating with team members to improve ticket routing and status tracking Must Haves:
* TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or four additional years of SWE experience) - Two years of experience developing and customizing core Service Now applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
- Four years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery
- Experience configuring Service Now applications to meet business requirements
- Experience integrating third-party software and APIs using REST and SOAP
- Service Now System Administrator or Service Now Application Developer certification Nice to Have:
* Experience working in Agile development environments - Knowledge of Angular
JS, JSON, or other Service Now-related languages - Experience with Service Now Implementations (four years preferred)
