Principal Applied Scientist - LLM Agents

Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) is at the forefront of leveraging data and AI to transform the healthcare and life sciences industries. We’re developing cutting-edge generative AI, NLP, and large language model (LLM) solutions that address some of the most complex challenges in healthcare. As a Principal Applied Scientist (IC4), you’ll play a critical leadership role in designing, building, and scaling AI systems that power clinical decision support, operational optimization, and population health transformation.

This role is ideal for an experienced applied scientist who combines hands‑on technical depth with strategic vision. You’ll drive the development of novel modeling techniques, lead complex research and development initiatives, and influence the direction of Oracle’s AI strategy in healthcare. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and science leadership to translate real-world clinical and life sciences problems into scalable AI solutions deployed across Oracle’s global healthcare platforms.
