• Lead the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade SharePoint-hosted applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx).
• Design and build secure, performant front-end interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, and JSON, ensuring responsive UX across modern browsers and devices.
• Develop and implement scalable workflow automation and business process solutions leveraging Power Automate and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Integrate third-party platforms, APIs, and tools into SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, ensuring interoperability and data consistency across systems.
• Establish development standards, perform technical code reviews, and ensure alignment with cybersecurity and application lifecycle best practices.
• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for troubleshooting, system design, and technical decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or IT Field
• Ten (10) or more years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, Power FX, jQuery, JSON, .NET-based backend services.
• Integration with third-party tools and external APIs. UX/UI design and cross-platform compatibility. Microsoft 365 environment and compatibility considerations.
