Required Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience.

• 7+ years in strong background in FSCM 9.1 and later in order-to-cash, AR/Billing, and General Ledger with strong SQL experience

• Experience in Order-to-cash, Billing, GL, AP

• Understanding of accounting as related to Billing and Accounts Receivable transactions and how they are processed in People Soft

• Knowledge and experience working comparable with the flow of daily revenue transactions from the courts to the Maryland General Accounting Division

• Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas, solutions and recommendations at various levels including but not limited to senior management, business users, and IT team

• Experience in system and bundle upgrades and testing
