GTI2 is seeking a highly skilled Service Now Developer to design, configure, customize, and implement Service Now solutions that meet complex client business needs. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality deployments, leveraging your technical expertise and attention to detail to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

• Confirm the customer s Service Now instance is active.
• Load data defined during the Plan Phase into the customer s instance (e.g., user data, locations, departments, groups).
• Configure Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) connectivity and mapping to populate Users and Groups.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO)/LDAP connectivity and authentication.
• Set up a single MID server to enable communication between the customer s network and the Service Now instance.
• Configure the customer s instance with:
  • Customer logo and color scheme
  • Service Now-provided email address for inbound and outbound emails

• Strong ability to work effectively with all levels of customer and IT provider organizations.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
• Current Service Now certifications (all required):
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Governance, Risk, and Compliance (CIS-GRC)
• U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance required.

Annual Salary: $130,000-$150,000, depending on experience.
