Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a highly skilled
IT Project Manager for one of our clients in Annapolis, Maryland. This is a
Hybrid Full-Time position.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Project Planning
  :
  Create detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Performance Tracking
  :
  Monitor project performance to ensure the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
• Quality Control
  :
  Perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle to maintain expected standards.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Documentation
  :
  Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
• Stakeholder Updates
  :
  Provide timely updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Tools and Processes:

• Project Management Tools
  :
  Utilize industry-standard tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Agile and SDLC
  :
  Apply Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.

Meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Experience
  :
  At least 10 years of IT project management experience.
  • Candidates:
    • Michael Gans
      :
      Over 14 years of continuous project/program management experience (Fred Hutch Cancer Center, Google, PNC, Highmark, K&L Gates).
    • Steve Le May :
      Over 20 years of IT project management experience (Microsoft, University of Washington, PACCAR).
• Project Tracking
  :
  Demonstrated ability to track project performance and achieve goals.
• Documentation
  :
  Proven experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Quality Control
  :
  Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
• Tools
  :
  Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet.

Desired Qualifications

• Certifications
  :
  • Michael Gans
    : PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Steve Le May :
    Previously held PMP certification (expired), currently pursuing Azure Data Science Associate and Data Protection Officer (GDPR) certifications.
• Agile Expertise
  :
  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Software and Services
  :
  Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Visio, and SDLC processes.
