Primarily based in our Annapolis center, with occasional regional coverage as needed. Reliable transportation is required.
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
- Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record‑keeping:
Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check‑in, check‑out, and financial procedures. - Support operational efficiency:
Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience. - Minimum:
Associate’s degree or High School diploma PLUS significant relevant work experience (patient care, in‑person customer service, or healthcare). Clinical certification is preferred but not required. - Technical & Clinical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Advanced
MD and Sales Force preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. - Physical & Other Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable transportation is required.

Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company‑paid life insurance; additional voluntary life insurance; company‑paid short‑term and long‑term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non‑exempt salaried employees calculated as .625 per pay period for vacation and .29166 per pay period for personal time.
Full‑time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex‑PTO. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms and company policies and may change.
