• Provide support to executive leadership with high degree of discretion and flexibility
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to proactively anticipate needs and support
• Ambitious self-starter who takes ownership of challenges and drives them to completion
• Complete role specific tasks in a timely manner
• Complete any other duties as assigned
• Ability to travel to Southern Maryland or Eastern Shore locations as needed

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• College degree, required
• Prior experience in Human Resources related field, preferred
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility which offers inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. Our expansive building is newly renovated, modern and appealing, offering an array of amenities and a true hotel-like experience. Set on 7.74 acres of picturesque and secluded property, Avenues at Eastern Shore provides the ideal setting for clients to heal, re‑connect and re‑discover themselves.
