The role is based in Annapolis, MD, and involves providing hearing assessments, recommending solutions, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on the customer’s hearing loss
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
• Educate patients on use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hearing aid devices, including demonstrations
• Make follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction with their devices

• Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or Audiologist
• Motivated to help people hear better and passionate about customer service
• Ambitious, sales‑oriented mindset with entrepreneurial problem‑solving skills
• Strong follow‑up and communication skills
