Exercise Specialist – Physical Therapy Tech – Annapolis, MD

Join us at Aquacare Fitness Forum Physical Therapy, a locally owned and operated practice with over 26 years of experience delivering premier outpatient PT services throughout Maryland and Delaware. This role will support our licensed Physical Therapists in guiding patients through individualized exercise programs, ensuring safety and well‑being in both land‑based and aquatic therapy settings.

• Guide and assist patients with their exercise programs as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Clean and prepare exam rooms, tables, and equipment for patient use.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, confirming appointments, and scheduling patients.
• Assist with front‑desk coverage as needed.

• CPR certification (required).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred experience in Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, or a medical office setting.
• Availability to work some evening hours.

• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients.
