Arundel Federal Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Representative II to support our Residential Lending team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mortgage servicing knowledge who enjoys problem‑solving, customer support, and working in a collaborative, community‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer service inquiries related to mortgage servicing, including escrow, insurance, assumptions, payoffs, and investor relations.
- Process payments, corrections, escrow analyses, and loan documentation.
- Administer and reconcile escrow accounts and coordinate construction loan disbursements.
- Complete investor reporting and support secondary market loan activity.
- Review and validate loan documents for compliance and completeness.
- Assist with department audits, system testing, and Horizon core system enhancements.
- Support teammates, provide training, and collaborate across departments.
- Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, CIP, and all lending regulations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan servicing experience.
- Knowledge of secondary market servicing, loan documentation, and insurance requirements.
- Experience with FIS Horizon preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Customer service–oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
