. Nealey Tire & Auto is an automotive service company with five locations in Maryland, based in Annapolis, MD, seeking strong financial leadership to support growth and scale the business.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Controller who can build the financial backbone of a fast-scaling organization and work with executives and frontline managers alike.

• Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management
• Create and enforce financial processes that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
• Build and manage a small but effective finance team
• Deliver timely financial statements, reporting, and analysis to leadership
• Partner with operations to manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Implement inventory controls and auditing processes across multiple locations
• Play a critical role in supporting strategic growth and expansion initiatives

• Discipline, attention to detail, and a growth mindset
• Strong accounting/finance experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and build processes from the ground up
• Clear communication with both executives and frontline managers
• Ability to bring accountability and structure to the finance function

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year
