Exchange Engineer

REQUIRES AN ACTIVE/EXISTING TS/SCI WITH CI POLYGRAPH – NO REMOTE WORK, MUST WORK ON SITE

• Develop solutions to complex engineering problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Design, deploy, integrate, and maintain on/off premise Exchange Solutions.
• Update and maintain Exchange Power Shell Scripts for production environments.
• Design and define system architecture for new or existing computer systems.
• Analyze customer requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Analyze system requirements and lead design and development activities.
• Perform continual maintenance and provide complex solutions for security, backup, and redundancy problems.
• Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop system architecture and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test.
• Interact with program personnel, government, and senior executives regarding engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.

• Ability to work independently with minimal management supervision.
• Experience with Exchange Server versions 2007‑2019: design, installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, migration, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of ATO and Project Management processes and experience certifying products for use in production networks.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Vault and the integration process of Enterprise Vault into Exchange Environments.
• Proficiency in Power Shell.
