The Temple Annapolis, a Paul Mitchell Partner School, is seeking a qualified Barbering Instructor (Educator) to join our team! With over 100 Paul Mitchell Schools nationwide, our network is growing faster than ever. Barbering Learning Leaders educate, motivate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in both technical skills and guest service. They create extraordinary classroom and clinic experiences using Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.), mini-classes, and learning centers.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in barbering and education, with a genuine passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of professionals. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills are essential. Previous experience instructing in a barbering school is preferred.

• Current Maryland Barbering License.

• Strong organizational, coaching, and communication skills.

• Experience in supervision, teamwork, and documentation.

• Solid work history with verifiable references.

• Passion for the barbering industry and education.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
