Anesthesiology Physician

This 30-year-old regional private practice which performs over 60,000 anesthetics per year is seeking a board-certified Anesthesiologist with two or more years of experience. Option to partner, mix of hospital-ASC, primary hospital, or primary ASC choices. Enjoy a shared vision and Physician-centric collegial culture. Participation in quality, hospital committees, service line liaison, group governance and leadership are encouraged. Board members are elected every two years.

The Practice Covers Three Hospitals in Maryland Annapolis, Lanham, and Prince Frederick.

Three Options to Choose From: Partnership, NO Call & Nominal Call Positions Available

Plus 35 diverse ASC s spread throughout central Maryland, Baltimore and within 25 minutes of DC.

Two Year Partnership Track:

• $550,000 Base Years 1 & 2
• $50,000 Sign on Bonus Paid in Full at Signing
• Year Two $550,000 Base + up to 90% of Profit-Sharing Eligibility ($630,000+)
• Year 3 full partner, No buy in. On average Partners are earning $700,000 - $750,000 per year
• Uncapped Potential with some earning 7 Figure incomes

• Average work week is 50-55 hours
• Hospital and ASC settings available
• 90% of cases are self-directed
• Call: Q5 weekends, Q10 Weekday, and 5 Late shifts per month
