Doctors Emergency Service PA (DESPA)

is seeking a full‑time board certified/board eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join our independent group working at Luminis Anne Arundel Medical Center Emergency Department in Annapolis, MD

• High-volume, Diverse Practice: The ED sees 97,000 visits annually, with a diverse patient population
• Strong Support System: Benefit from a comprehensive team including specialists in interventional cardiology, general surgery, neurosurgery, and more. Additionally, ED pharmacist, mental health clinicians, emergency psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and in‑house Spanish interpreters are readily available.
• Advanced Technology: We utilize Epic+, Dragon EMR, Sonosite and Mindray ultrasound, video laryngoscopy, and bronchoscopy
• Stable Group: Our low physician turnover fosters a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Pediatric Care Options: The ED is divided into adult and pediatric sections. Choose to focus solely on adults or we can connect you to the pediatric ED director for pediatric‑only opportunities.

• MD/DO specializing in Emergency Medicine
• Active license to practice in the state of Maryland
• Minimum one year of experience working in an Emergency Department as provider is required
