Are you a Revit power user who loves both the technical precision of BIM and the creative challenge of sustainable design? Do you want to be THE go-to Revit expert on a collaborative team while working on meaningful residential and waterfront projects?
HD Squared Architects is a boutique woman-owned architecture firm in beautiful downtown Annapolis, and we're looking for a skilled Revit Architectural Designer to join our mission-driven team. This isn't just production work—you'll be our Revit champion, helping us complete our transition from Archi
CAD to Revit while creating construction documents for sustainable residential and small commercial projects that make a real difference for the Chesapeake Bay region.
You’ll be our Revit leader. As we transition from Archi
CAD to Revit (completing by end of 2026), you’ll serve as the primary internal resource for Revit questions, help establish office standards and templates, and mentor the team. This is a chance to shape how we work.
Meaningful projects. Our work focuses on sustainable residential design, Chesapeake Bay Critical Area compliance, and waterfront properties. You’ll work on projects that balance client needs with environmental stewardship—not cookie-cutter developments.
