The Brad Kappel Team is seeking a Creative Services Specialist — a highly motivated, detail-oriented creative professional passionate about storytelling through photo, video, and digital media. This position plays a vital role in showcasing the team’s exclusive real estate listings through compelling visual content optimized for today’s digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical skill, creative vision, and the ability to translate the waterfront lifestyle into captivating, brand-aligned content that resonates with high-net-worth audiences.

• Content Capture:
• Photograph and film luxury real estate listings, lifestyle moments, and marketing assets that align with the team’s refined visual identity.
• Capture drone footage, interiors, exteriors, and waterside lifestyle scenes. (FAA Remote Pilot Certificate for Real Estate Photography/Videography required)
• Edit photos and videos to ensure consistency with the Brad Kappel Team brand aesthetic and Sotheby’s International Realty standards.
• Deliver polished, ready-to-publish content in multiple formats for web, print, and social media.

• Digital Management:
• Organize, name, and upload all media assets to the team’s Dropbox framework.
• Maintain an efficient system for archiving and retrieving content for ongoing campaigns.

• Social Media Reels & Short-Form Video:
• Produce and edit Instagram Reels and Tik Tok videos for every new listing the team procures.
• Optimize all content for platform-specific performance and engagement.

• Collaboration & Brand Alignment:
• Work closely with the team’s Digital Marketing Director to ensure all visuals are cohesive and strategically aligned with brand goals.
• Uphold confidentiality and exclusivity regarding all team content and clients while maintaining a positive attitude and adhering to the Brad Kappel Team’s level of client-focused, concierge-level service.
• The ideal candidate will reside within 20 miles of Annapolis to ensure efficient travel and timely coordination for on-site photo and video shoots.

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing — preferably in luxury real estate, lifestyle, or destination marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop) or equivalent editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media optimization (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts).
• Familiarity with Dropbox or other cloud-based file management systems.
• Reliable equipment for professional-grade photo/video capture.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism and flexibility in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-location shoots.
• This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
• Benefits and insurance are not provided.
• While this position is exclusive to the Brad Kappel Team for real estate work, the creative may freelance for other clients in unrelated industries.
