Construction Accountant (Onsite - Annapolis)

A growing commercial construction organization is seeking a Construction Accountant to support its general contracting operations during a period of significant expansion. This is a full-time, fully onsite role based in Annapolis, working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, in a professional, business-casual environment.

The ideal candidate will have construction accounting experience and be comfortable working hands-on with job costing and bookkeeping functions. Familiarity with Procore, Timberline/Sage, and strong Excel skills are required. This position offers visibility within a growing organization, long-term upside, and a collaborative, family-style culture.

Compensation: $85K-$90K base salary plus a variable year-end bonus
