A well-established, award-winning General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects in the Baltimore, MD area. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who excels at managing high-profile projects, mentoring teams, and maintaining strong client relationships OR for someone who is looking to move up into a SR role!

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial forecasting
• Oversee and mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead project meetings and serve as the primary client point of contact
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and change management
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety, quality, and company standards
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and project delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong healthcare construction experience required
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and multiple teams
• Strong financial management and scheduling skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Procore and standard construction software preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
