Business Intelligence Analyst - Senior

Position Objective

• Builds clear and intuitive analyses of data to convey information quickly, builds training curricula and guides users to ensure they are successful with the data we provide, and designs a beautiful user experience for analytics consumers.
• Communicates effectively with users, vendors, and AAMC leadership to gain consensus on proper timelines, project scope, and ensure desired outcomes are met.
• Develops reports and analytical tools using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, Qlikview, Business Objects, and the Microsoft BI Stack. Gains a detailed understanding of the business operations driving analytics needs.
• Documents work thoroughly and contributes to our culture of sustainable maintenance through adherence to and creation of standards.
• Applies Agile principles to daily work.

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Three years’ experience performing analytics and experience with SQL.

• Epic Billing data model or Epic Care data model certification obtained within 6‑months of hire.
