Operations Specialist
To grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operations from the outside. Whether building a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization, our customers need a professional who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies.
As a management analyst on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your customer’s current structure, day‑to‑day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You will interact daily with a wide variety of government leaders, program stakeholders, and support staff to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement.
Once you have a thorough understanding of how the organization can improve, you’ll help identify and implement processes that will help the customer achieve their program’s mission.
