• Own the front-of-house experience from greeting to vehicle delivery
• Write and manage service orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Deliver clear, confident recommendations to customers
• Collaborate with technicians to keep the workflow efficient
• Educate customers and upsell services when appropriate
• Follow our proven process

• Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year
