Membership Operations Coordinator

Position Summary

The Membership & Marketing Operations Coordinator supports membership administration while assisting with marketing-related activities that promote member engagement, retention, and organizational visibility. This role blends member service, fulfillment, logistics, and foundational marketing support.

• Process member renewals and maintain accurate membership records
• Fulfill online store orders and manage branded supply inventory and reorders
• Serve as a point of contact for membership-related inquiries

• Coordinate recycling and manage office equipment (printers, copiers, postage systems)
• Maintain and update staff directories
• Manage Zoom administrative settings for directories and schedules
• Coordinate packing, inventory, and shipping for trade shows and events

• Update membership-related website content
• Assist with Mailchimp email communications related to membership
• Maintain and update membership mailing and contact lists
• Support electronic surveys and data collection efforts
• Inventory, organize, and track trade show and promotional materials

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Efficient, dependable, and process-focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic database and data-entry skills
