You will play a critical role enabling leaders and engineers to do their best work, serving as a trusted partner who brings structure, organization, and proactive support to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is an onsite role based in Annapolis, MD, our largest Connected Aviation hub, with an expectation to work onsite at least 4 days per week during Eastern Time core hours.###

* What YOU will do:

*** You will manage complex calendars for engineering directors, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and protecting time based on shifting priorities.
* You will provide reliable onsite administrative and operational support for the Annapolis engineering hub, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative needs.
* You will plan and coordinate onsite and offsite events, including leadership meetings, team-building activities, employee engagement initiatives, and training workshops—handling logistics such as space, catering, security, agendas, and invitees.
* You will support leaders with travel and expenses, including booking travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
* You will maintain and organize administrative systems, including distribution lists, shared folders, presentations, and office documentation.
* You will oversee office operations by managing supplies, coordinating seating assignments, and preparing work spaces for engineering team members.
* You will collaborate closely with other administrative professionals, sharing best practices and ensuring consistent, high-quality support across the organization.
* You will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, serving as a trusted and dependable resource for leaders and team members.

** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
* Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a professional environment
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
* Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment
* Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
* Professional, resourceful, and courteous approach to work###
