Feller Buncher Operator

• Operate Track Feller Buncher
• Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects.
• Come to job site with appropriate clothing, work boots, and with your PPE given to you the date you were hired.
• Complete a “Daily Equipment Checklist” form before beginning work.
• Checking all equipment fluids prior to starting the workday.
• Check fuel supplies of equipment at job site on a daily basis - prior to beginning work, and before completing work, to ensure that equipment is ready to operate at any time.
• Learn and follow safety regulations.
• Participate in safety training as required.
• Work well with a crew of several other operators, a crew foreman, and a job superintendent.

• Prior heavy equipment operation is necessary.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel for work.
• Any safety certifications / accreditations a plus.

• Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Required)
• Heavy lifting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Loader operation: 3 years (Preferred)
