Pediatric Physical Therapist

Status: Part-Time (up to 25 hours/week)
Schedule: Flexible (after school availability preferred)
Setting: Clinic-based | Serving infants through school-age children

We’re looking for a pediatric Physical Therapist who’s passionate about helping kids thrive and excited to join a collaborative, purpose-driven team.

• Conduct PT evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide engaging, evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate closely with OTs, SLPs, and families to support children’s physical development and participation in daily routines.
• Document progress with accuracy and intention, ensuring quality care and continuity.
• Contribute to team meetings, share ideas for new programs, and help us continue raising the bar for pediatric therapy services.

• A licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Experienced in or passionate about pediatric, clinic-based therapy.
